1. Where do you ship?
We ship from and to the United States and Canada as of the moment. Additional regions will be added as our tribe grows.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed, please allow 24 – 48 hours for processing.
After processing, your order will be picked up from our warehouse by our logistics partner.
When your package is dispatched, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.
Estimated transit time:
US - 3 – 7 business days
CANADA - 7–14 business days
Important:

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day.

During major events such as Black Friday, holidays, or peak seasons, please expect longer processing and shipping timelines.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.
3. How do I know which size to order?
Check our Size Guide on each product page.
If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the best fit.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted under specific conditions.
Size Exchanges
Return your item for store credit equal to the price you paid.
Customer covers return shipping costs.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Change of Mind / Wrong Fit / Not Satisfied
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers must email us first to confirm eligibility.
Items must be in brand-new condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
No need to return.
Email us with photos and we will replace or refund your order.

6. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
All returns, including Canada orders, are processed through our U.S.-based return facility.
7. What happens after I return an item?
Once received, returns take 7–14 business days for our team to inspect and process.
During holidays or major sale periods, processing may take longer.
If approved, store credit will be issued via email.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for:

Misprinted or incorrect orders
For size exchanges and change-of-mind returns, store credit is provided.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production.

Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at Paypal Express checkout.
11. Will my items arrive together?
Some items may ship separately depending on the production facility.
You will receive tracking for each shipment.
12. Do you restock sold-out products?
Select items are restocked based on demand.

14. Can discount codes be combined with free shipping?
Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping, other promotions, or multiple discount codes.
Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement. If an order does not qualify for free shipping, one valid discount code may still be used at checkout.
Only one promotion or discount code may be applied per order.
