🛡️ WULVYGR FIT — RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


At WULVYGR FIT, every piece is crafted for warriors who demand strength, confidence, and precision. If your order does not fit your needs, we stand ready with a fair and honorable returns system.

Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


⚔️ 1. SIZE EXCHANGE — STORE CREDIT ONLY

If the size you ordered does not fit, you may return the item for store credit of the same value you originally paid.

Important Notes:

  • Store credit can be used to re-order the correct size or any other product.

  • We do not directly send out replacement sizes to ensure faster service.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no scents, no stains, and with all tags intact.


 

🛡️ 2. CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG FIT / DON’T LIKE THE ITEM/ORDERED WRONG COLOR/SIZE 

We honor returns for these reasons, but with the following conditions.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • After 15 days, returns for this reason will not be accepted.

  • Customers must email us first at support@wulvygrfit.com to confirm eligibility before shipping anything back.

  • Items must be in brand-new condition, with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or issue store credit according to your selected preference.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


 

⚡ 3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you do NOT need to return it.

Simply email support@wulvygrfit.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defect/damage

We will swiftly issue:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

(Your choice)

No warrior should battle defective gear — we stand by our craftsmanship.


 

📦 4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

All return shipping fees (for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns) are the customer’s responsibility.
 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost parcels.

All returns, including International orders, are processed through our U.S.-based return facility.


 

⏳ 5. PROCESSING TIME

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow:

7–14 business days

for inspection and processing by our Returns Team.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays, store-wide promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.


 

🐺 6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To uphold hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original tags

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Any returned item that fails inspection will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
